Good pleasant workers did a good job of dismantling fallen tree.Would have liked cut up logs stored away but could not afford any more time or more costs as I am old and disabled.

Joseph came to trim our tree. Although he more than doubled original quote I believed he was genuine about the reason. He said he did general building as well. I paid him £500 deposit to tile our kitchen as he said he needed to start the next day and needed it to start. The next day he didn’t turn up. I requested the £500 back and said I needed the quote before starting work. He hasn’t returned it in over a week. I work full time and care full time for my husband with Multiple Sclerosis which he knows. Do not trust this man

Completely unprofessional! Joseph came to our home and we agreed the price and date and he didn't show up. He sent a message aftwr we chased him and picked another date but still didn't show up or respond to our messages.
